From business goal to delivered AI project

A practical guide to working with NeironHub as a client: creating briefs, reviewing AI Expert proposals, funding milestones, managing delivery, and getting help when you need it.

1. How NeironHub works

NeironHub connects your business with vetted AI Experts through a structured workflow. You describe the goal in a project brief, matched AI Experts respond with scoped proposals, and the work is delivered in milestones with protected payments. Funds are held by NeironHub through Stripe and released to the AI Expert only after you approve each milestone.

2. Creating a strong project brief

Your brief is what AI Experts use to decide whether they can help and how to scope the work. The brief builder walks you through three steps: project basics, budget and timeline, then a review before publishing. Drafts autosave as you type.

• Describe the business problem, not the technology. “Support team spends 30 hours a week on repeated questions” is more useful than “we need a chatbot”.
• Attach supporting material. Process documents, example data, or screenshots help AI Experts scope accurately.
• Set an honest budget range. It filters proposals to ones you can actually accept.
• Review before publishing. The published brief is sent to matched AI Experts and becomes the basis of every proposal.

3. Reviewing AI Expert proposals

Proposals appear on your dashboard and inside the related brief. Each proposal includes scope, milestone plan, pricing, timeline, and the AI Expert’s relevant work examples. Open an AI Expert’s profile to see their verification status, company, location, and industry focus.

Use the proposal chat to ask questions before accepting. When you accept a proposal, a Statement of Work is generated: it records the agreed scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestone plan, and payment terms. Review it carefully: it is the reference document for the whole project.

4. Funding milestones and protected payments

Work on each milestone starts after you fund it. Funds are held by NeironHub through Stripe. The AI Expert sees the milestone as funded but is paid only after you approve the delivered work.

• Payment methods. Card, or bank transfer (ACH / wire), recommended for larger milestones. Stripe confirms the exact methods available for your account.
• Review window. You have 5 business days to review each delivered milestone: accept, request changes, or open a dispute.
• Release. After acceptance, payout is released to the AI Expert. Every payment record and its Stripe invoice or receipt is available in Billing & payments.

5. Managing the project

Each project has a workspace with milestones, files, activity, and a link to the project chat. Use it to track progress, download deliverables, and see what needs your action. The Projects list shows every project’s status, budget, paid amount, and last activity. Filter and sort to find what needs attention first.

• Chats hold all conversations with your AI Experts, tied to briefs and projects. Files shared in chat are collected in the thread’s attachments.
• Notifications (the bell in the header) collect proposals, questions, milestone events, and completions in one place.
• Requests for changes should reference the acceptance criteria in the Statement of Work.

6. Completing a project

When the final milestone is approved, the project is marked completed. You’ll be asked to rate the AI Expert and leave a short review. This keeps the network’s quality signal honest for other clients. Completed projects stay available in your dashboard with all files, the Statement of Work, and payment history. From any completed project you can start a new brief with one click.

7. Getting help

The Help & resources page in your dashboard answers common questions and includes your account context automatically when you contact support from there. For anything else:
